At Golden Day Wedding Planner, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products that help you plan your special day with ease and clarity. Due to the nature of our products being instantly downloadable digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

• The customer has downloaded or accessed the digital planner.

• The issue relates to compatibility or user error (e.g., not understanding how to open in Google Sheets or Excel).

• The customer claims dissatisfaction but has already received full access to the product.

• The customer has not contacted us for support before requesting a refund.

What We Offer Instead:

If you are having any difficulty accessing or using your product, we are more than happy to help! We provide:

• Alternative file formats (Google Sheets, Excel, or PDF)

• Step-by-step instructions to access and use your product

• Direct support for resolving access issues

We value every customer and will do our best to ensure you get full use of your planner. However, to protect our work and prevent digital theft, we do not offer refunds under circumstances where the product has already been delivered.
